Precedo Healthcare provides temporary and permanent staffing solutions to private hospitals and care homes. We provide a bespoke service supplying Home Managers, Registered Nurses of all grades and Care/Support Staff. These services are offered predominantly on a temporary basis; we do recruit to the specific requirements of our supply partners on a permanent basis also as required.
All Healthcare Professionals who register with Precedo Healthcare are screened and selected by skilled consultants and Qualified Nurses in accordance with the Care Standards Act 2000, Care Quality Commission (CQC), The Nursing and Midwifery Councils guidelines and the Department of Health’s standards and good practise guidelines. All candidates are required to undergo our recruitment and selection processes; this includes an Enhanced CRB Check together with two professional references.
As part of the Recruitment & Selection processes and on-going staff compliance commitments; all candidates must undertake an assessed curriculum specific to applied Health and Social Care disciplines and standards. Non-typical, more specialised modules also as required.
Our specialist training providers deliver continuous training and development curriculums and plans to ensure that mandatory requirements are fulfilled and updated as a minimum.
