PRECEDO … ‘To excel’

Precedo Healthcare is the leading, independent healthcare recruitment agency, offering specialist recruitment services and temporary staffing solutions to the public and private sectors.

Established in 2008, the company began its trading activity in November initially providing agency based services to private nursing and residential homes in West Yorkshire. In January 2009 Precedo Healthcare opened a second office based in Dinnington, South Yorkshire at the same time as being appointed to the NHS Nursing and Social Care Framework Agreement.

Our services rapidly developed throughout the first two years of trading and we relocated our Head Office facility to Dronfield in North East Derbyshire.

By reputation mainly, we grew to become one of the leading Nursing and Care Agency providers in Yorkshire, holding an excellent record of successful placements and partnerships; providing leading staffing services to the NHS, HMPS, private Nursing and Residential Homes and Supported Living services.

In 2010 Precedo Healthcare further began to offer continuing care services in West Yorkshire, which continue to flourish and have seen us become the supplier of choice in this area. In 2010 also to capitalise on our Framework position, Precedo Healthcare opened its third branch in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire serving the East Midlands region. This branch was a great success from the outset with a very strong management team within.

We attribute our successes to thoroughly understanding the market place in which we operate and of course the explicit requirements and needs our clients and customers have and demand, in order to run and operate a successful healthcare operation.

Precedo Healthcare now operates nationwide from a six branch network supplying Nurses, Doctors and Care Assistants to our clients.

From our beginnings as a SME, we have stayed true to our core values – to deliver an exceptional service to both our clients and care staff, and to raise staffing supply standards in the healthcare sectors.
